A few of the staff are offering support from discord now, however you are still required to create a post on the forum first with all the information then on discord in the #support channel just say briefly what problem is and post a link back to your post on the forum.
If it is a basic question like where something is at then no need for the forum post but for tech support a forum post will be required(This is for tracking and to keep the support channel in discord clean so we don't miss anything and since not all staff is on discord having the post also in the forums will insure it gets answered).
Read the #rules channel before posting in discord but for the most part rules are the same as the forum. Anyone not following the rules will be removed from the discord server.
Even tho we are offering a live chat we still have lives ourselves and usually are busy. So if we dont see your post do not @mention or send pms/dms to the staff at anytime (doing so will result in being removed from discord) unless the person/staff you are working with says its okay.
