fomto, ARK does not support Unicode over RCON. The links you sent are for an unofficial api someone made to try to get rcon to work but it doesn't currently work.

Since DNL and ARK use the same setup for RCON unfortunately DNL and ARK still don't support Unicode over RCON.

This is nothing we can change and would be nice if snail/wildcard would go ahead and add Unicode support.

Have you checked the FAQ or the How To Center?

Both contain tons of knowledge needed to master the arts and become a master of ASM!!!!!
